About the program

Our free 12-week program gets you feeling stronger, healthier and looking better through our holistic approach to fitness. The program focuses on mastering the basics and ensuring you are performing the following 4 training modalities:

  • Strength training

  • Calisthenics

  • Cardiovascular training

  • Flexibility / Mobility

Each week consists of 5 training sessions that take ~60 minutes to complete.

  • 3 full body strength and calisthenic days

  • 2 cardio + flexibility days

Equipment: Standard free weights such as barbells and dumbbells, pull up bar, dip bars, bench, back extension, cables

Experience level: This program is set to be completed by someone with at least a moderate training experience (experience performing barbell movements). You can still follow this as a beginner and reach out to our team for substitutions and questions!
